What happens when three entrepreneurs from different continents get trapped on a tropical island during a global pandemic??
Their creative powers combine, and a new business is started, of course!
We are an Indonesian company that began in 2020 as a team of investors, building and decorating villas in Bali.
Our passion for interior design has now pushed us to expand, and thus, Semua Modern Furniture was born.

We drove 3,862 kilometers & visited 146 furniture, decor, & accessory manufacturers so you don’t have to.
Java, Indonesia is world renowned specifically for its teak furniture, but also for being a mecca and trusted source for high quality home decor, handicraft, and furniture.
So what did we do as a team of people who are passionate about interior design, obsessed with quality and client satisfaction, and admittedly a little bit crazy?
The only sensible thing–we drove across the island of Java, going door to door, visiting well over 100 factories, conducting interviews with suppliers, assessing the condition of their facilities, evaluating their form of communication, gaining insight into their work processes, and seeing the creativity and quality of what they can produce.
The result?
An extensive database of manufacturers organized by specialization, style, materials, price level, quality, and delivery times.
And more importantly, direct human-to-human relationships with suppliers that give us (and therefore, you) a unique & valuable edge.
And as if that wasn’t enough, we also attended IFEX, the largest furniture expo in southeast Asia with nearly 400 exhibitors, to further our relationships with suppliers and discover new ones to be able to expand the range of our offerings to our clients.
